Existing custom orders

For questions about an active Custom Cutter, Custom Stamp, Bulk Custom Cutter or Repeat Item order, please use the Design Nook attached to your customer account wherever possible. This keeps your messages, specifications, Reference Images and Proofs with the correct Project.

New design enquiries

Use the Request a Design Review page to ask whether a design is suitable before placing an order. You can include private Reference Images with your request.

A Design Review is an initial assessment only. It is not an order, does not reserve production time and does not create a Design Nook Project.

Returns and order problems

Contact us before returning anything. Please include:

• Your order number.
• A description of the problem.
• Clear photographs or video where the product is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Images or video may be sufficient where we can send a replacement without requiring the original product to be returned.

Do not send an unapproved return to the business address. Contact us first so we can provide the correct instructions.
