Whether you need one original cutter, a matching stamp or a larger collection of designs, each option has its own order form and specifications.
CUSTOM CUTTERS
Order an original polymer clay cutter made from your artwork, drawing, logo or reference image.
Choose the required size, cutter style and available options before securely submitting your Reference Images.
CUSTOM STAMPS
Create a custom polymer clay stamp using your own artwork, logo, lettering or design idea.
Custom Stamps use a separate order form so you can provide the specifications needed for a clear, usable stamped impression.
BULK CUSTOM CUTTERS
Order 10–50 custom cutter designs in grouped sizes and styles, with optional rush production.
Bulk ordering is designed for larger collections that do not require additional sizes, mirror pairs or duplicate cutters.
REPEAT ITEMS
Already ordered a custom Cutter or Stamp from Night Imp Claymancy?
You can order previously ordered custom items in the same approved design again, including a different size where available, without submitting the original artwork from the beginning. Find the Repeat Items page in your account.

Send a Design Review request before placing an order.
You can upload your Reference Images privately and explain what you would like to create. Your design will be reviewed and you will receive guidance on the most suitable product, specifications or any changes that may be needed before ordering.
A Design Review is an initial assessment only. It is not an order, does not reserve production time and does not create a Design Nook Project.
HOW CUSTOM ORDERS WORK
- SUBMIT YOUR ORDER
Choose the correct order form, enter your specifications and upload any Reference Images needed to explain the design.
- CHECKOUT SECURELY
Review the order summary and complete payment through the normal Night Imp Claymancy checkout.
A customer account is required so your private Project can be created and connected to you after payment.
- ENTER THE DESIGN NOOK
Once payment has been received, your Project is created in the Design Nook.
This is where you can view your order details, send messages, review your Reference Images and follow the progress of your custom order.
- REVIEW YOUR PROOF
A digital Proof will be uploaded for you to review.
You can approve it for production or request changes and explain what needs to be adjusted.
- PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
After your Proof is approved, your order moves into production.
Tracking information will be added when the finished order is dispatched.
PRODUCTION TIMES
Normal production estimates begin once all required information and Proof approval have been received.
Custom Cutters: 2–3 business days.
Custom Stamps: 2–3 business days.
Repeat Items: 2–3 business days.
Bulk Custom Cutters: 2–3 business days per eight cutters.
Rush Bulk Custom Cutters: 1–2 business days per eight cutters.
For example, a standard bulk order of 24 cutters normally requires approximately 6–9 business days. A rush bulk order of 24 cutters normally requires approximately 3–4 business days.
Production times are estimates rather than guaranteed completion dates. Complex designs, requested revisions, large quantities, delayed Proof approval or unusually high order volumes may require additional time.
BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR DESIGN
Please make sure you own the artwork or have permission to use it.
Clear, high-quality Reference Images usually produce the best result. Designs may need to be simplified, adjusted or declined where the original detail cannot be reproduced effectively as a clay tool.
Purchasing a custom product does not transfer ownership of Night Imp Claymancy’s digital design files, CAD files, manufacturing files, templates or production methods.
REFERENCE IMAGES AND PRIVACY
Reference Images uploaded through the Night Imp custom-order forms and Design Review system are stored privately outside the publicly accessible website directory.
They are not added to the normal WordPress Media Library and can only be accessed after the appropriate permission checks.
PROOF APPROVAL
Please check every Proof carefully before approving it, including:
Shape and orientation.
Size and proportions.
Text and spelling.
Debossed or stamped details.
Any other visible specification.
Approval authorises Night Imp Claymancy to manufacture the approved version. Changes requested after approval may require an additional charge where design work or production must be repeated.
